The historic property has three floors and has been tastefully renovated featuring its original beams. Upon entering, you're greeted by an inviting dining area with a traditional table and benches on which to enjoy breakfast , lunch or dinner in style. Transitioning into the charming, fully equipped kitchen, you'll find all your essentials, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and ample meal preparation space. The living room has stunning views of Chester Racecourse and offers an elegant 2-seater sofa, a large armchair, and with coffee table and seductive lighting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted Smart TV complete with Sky, or simply relax by the coffee table with a good book. Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a double bedroom featuring a stylish king-sized bed with a luxury Harrison Spinks mattress, designed for the perfect night's sleep. Ample storage space is provided by built-in wardrobes, two bedside tables, and mirror. Additionally, the lower ground floor features a study room equipped with a desk and accent chair, ideal for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. A storage cupboard off the hall area houses all the household essentials along with a washer dryer. The large communal bathroom offers a relaxing shower over the bath, WC, heated towel rail, vanity unit, sink, and mirror. Ascending to the top floor, the master double bedroom with a view of the Racecourse welcomes you with an opulent king-sized bed complete with a luxury handmade Harrison Spinks mattress. The room is furnished with two bedside tables, lamps, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, accent chair, and free standing mirror. The master bedroom boasts its own full en-suite bathroom. There is a single parking space for guests in the properties gated secure car park and plenty of paid parking close by. Other things to note To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. If you find these items running low before your departure, we kindly ask you to pick up replacements from nearby shops, as we don't offer replenishment services.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
