The space As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. There is a large private garden to the rear with furniture for our guests to enjoy. Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests and a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower cubicle. Living space downstairs, has a lounge area to the front and a large dining room in the middle of the property wit the kitchen to the rear. The property is located on the edge of Cheslyn hay within a 5 minute drive of Cannock, the A5, m6 and M6 Toll road as well as close to the Winvic construction site for the West Midlands interchange.
