This comfortable 5-bedroom semi-detached house, nestled near Cheltenham's centre boasts an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly connected to a private rear garden. The bedrooms, designed for comfort, include ground-floor and larger first-floor bedrooms with king-sized beds, while others have single beds. Special king-sized beds can be converted into twins upon request. Relax in the welcoming heart of the home, gather around the coffee table for games, or lounge on plush grey sofas by the fireplace. The contemporary fully equipped kitchen offers everything from an oven to a dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the dining table seating 6. Other details to note: Please be aware there is a ring doorbell at the property which has a camera covering the main entrance. In the event that these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
