Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature a cosy double bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a king-size bed that can be split into twins. The family bathroom has both a bath and shower for added convenience. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking, and a welcoming living area with a glass dining table, four chairs, a three-seater sofa bed, and a coffee table — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. We’ve provided toiletries and essentials for your arrival — if they run out, simply pick up what you need from nearby shops.

Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention). Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
