Located in the small village of Brotton just a short drive from Saltburn-by-the-Sea, this traditional holiday home is ideally situated for exploring the North Yorkshire coastline. The Arches Cottage is a characterful property which includes an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture. The Space The Arches Cottage has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. With two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, it’s the ideal space to unwind after a day exploring the area. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay including. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with premium bed linens, and a selection of hand carved solid wood furniture. The beams overhead brings heaps of character to this room. This room features an ensuite which includes a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom, a twin bedroom is ideal for families with children and teenagers. Please note that this room can be configured as a double bed if requested prior to your stay. The family bathroom boasts a large bathtub with overhead shower, wash basin and WC. Head outside and you’re surrounded by stunning scenery. The outdoor space comes complete with both dining and lounging furniture and a BBQ. Guest Access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is private on site parking for up to 4 vehicles. The Neighborhood The Arches Cottage is located in North Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw from the Cleveland Way National Trail and the stunning coastline. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you’ll be met with views of the North Sea and Hummersea Cliffs as you approach the property. The site is surrounded by Hunley Hall Golf Club making it an idyllic location for golfers and non-golfers alike. The Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is just 4 miles from the property. Here you’ll find a long stretching beach and a charming town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea.
