With seven stunning Blue Flag beaches, golden sands, traditional seaside charm and ice cream shops around every corner, Broadstairs is a fantastic destination for families, couples and groups alike. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, independent shops and activities to enjoy throughout your stay. The apartment overlooks the park, where the iconic bandstand takes centre stage and hosts many of the town's events and festivities throughout the year. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the atmosphere of Broadstairs while still having your own peaceful base to return to. Best of all, you're just moments from the town centre. Head straight down the steps, across the green and you'll soon find yourself on the beautiful golden sands — making it wonderfully easy to enjoy everything Broadstairs has to offer without needing to get back in the car. Please note: From mid-September, external maintenance works will be taking place on the building for approximately six weeks. Scaffolding will be in place during this period, and there may be occasional times when the views are partially obscured. We expect any disruption to be minimal, and every effort will be made to ensure guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout the works. Guest Access Check-in details: Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know. Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available. Interaction with Guests We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything. Checkout: Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible.
