Bay View is set in an impressive character building and offers amazing views across Broadstairs Beach and beyond and has the added benefit of having dedicated parking for one car, and close to all the award winning beaches and coves. There are two bedrooms (one has an en-suite shower room) and a super-king size bed, the second having 2 single beds with a family bathroom opposite. This apartment is thoughtfully curated and is in the best location for a stylish weekend away in Broadstairs. The Space *Please view our note below regarding September and October bookings 2026* There is also a generous lounge with views across the beach and a separate kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a dishwasher too. This property is located in a great place for you on your holiday. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and have all the facilities you would expect in your own home. There is a designated off-street parking space which is hard to find in Broadstairs, located just next to the building. Broadstairs itself has so much to offer with blue flag beaches, eateries, cafe's, nightlife and plenty of ice cream! The building itself has lift access too so getting up to the apartment with your bags is super easy! There are front steps at the front of the building but there is also ramp access from the car park. Please note, as shown there are some steps down into the main bedroom. Please note: From mid-September, external maintenance works will be taking place on the building for approximately six weeks. Scaffolding will be in place during this period, and there may be occasional times when the views are partially obscured. We expect any disruption to be minimal, and every effort will be made to ensure guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay throughout the works. Guest Access Check-in details: Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know. Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available. Interaction with Guests We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything. Checkout: Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible.
