For groups of 16 there is a double sofa bed and a single chair bed. Kitchen/Dining Area The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a bright, modern design with oak worktops, an oven, hob, microwave, free standing fridge/freezer with an additional undercounter wine cooler, and dishwasher, ensuring easy meal prep for your stay. Additional features include a handy utility room on the ground floor with Bosch appliances, ideal for laundry during your visit. The solid oak dining table seats 16 guests comfortably, perfect for shared meals or celebrations. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 4) Comfortable two small single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double, with an additional two full size singles on a platform accessed by ladder, making a versatile family-friendly space. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3) Featuring three small single beds, ideal for individual guests or children. Two of the singles can be made into double on request. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 6) A spacious room with two large triple sleeper bunks (double beds with singles above), complete with ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Bathroom 1 Full family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Bathroom 2 Ensuite to Bedroom 3, featuring a shower, wash basin, and WC. Please move inside and keep windows closed. High noise levels may trigger a visit from security and risk your deposit. 🎈 Decor: Feel free to decorate inside using masking tape only (no external banners, please). 🧼 TLC: Please take shoes off on wet days and avoid using our towels for makeup or fake tan removal to avoid damage charges. 🚭 Smoking: Smokers outside only.
