Based on everything built up in this chat, here are the Aviary house rules: --- **Aviary Lower – House Rules** - Maximum occupancy is 10 guests including infants and children - Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am - Early check in available at £15 per hour subject to availability, confirmed in writing in advance - Late check out available at £15 per hour subject to availability, confirmed in writing in advance - Failure to vacate by agreed checkout time will incur a charge of £50 per hour - No parties, events or gatherings beyond registered guests without prior written consent - Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am - No smoking or vaping inside the property or in communal areas. Smoking permitted outside the front of the building but not directly at the entrance - No pets. Bringing an animal onto the premises results in immediate termination without refund and a deep clean charge - No illegal drugs or controlled substances. Evidence of drug use results in immediate termination, full deposit forfeiture and a deep clean charge - No open flames including candles or tea lights - Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors permitted between 9am and 9pm with prior approval, maximum 2 at a time - ID verification and refundable security deposit required prior to check in - Damage exceeding the deposit value must be paid by the guest. Failure to pay may result in civil or criminal proceedings - Towels provided for indoor and shower use only, not for the beach - Beach towels available to rent on request for a small additional fee - No commercial filming or photography without prior written consent - Keep communal areas clear at all times - Do not tamper with smoke alarms, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks or the thermostat - Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately upon discovery
