Maximum 12pm. Interaction with Guests Guest will have access to the host via the booking platform and in emergencies the host will call. The surrounding streets are peaceful and tree-lined, creating a serene atmosphere for your stay. Additionally, there’s a nearby park where you can enjoy outdoor activities and take in the beautiful, natural surroundings. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. - Do not use the Fire/log burner in the property. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
