This is an all ground floor, self contained 1 bedroom apartment with en suite shower room. There is a spacious living and dining area just to the side of a full fitted kitchen. There are 2 steps up into the property, but once inside, all is on one floor. A king bed can be split into singles if required. We accept pets but at extra cost. The Space Once booked, you will receive a full check in email after approximately 1 hour. This message will need to be confirmed and we require a Government ID prior to arrival. Within the check in email you will receive a door code to access the property. Guest Access Private door with personal pin code to access Interaction with Guests We have a 24 hour a day remote reception. On site standard working hours reception. The Neighborhood Quiet location with no other residential properties next door or above. Additional Information There is a communal laundry room for any clothes washing / drying.
