Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors without prior approval. Lead guest must be 21 years or older and present throughout the stay. Please respect our neighbours – no loud noise or music outside after 11pm. Parties are welcome, but they must remain inside the property with doors and windows closed after 11pm. Please leave used bedding and towels on the bathroom floor and place rubbish in the outdoor bins before departure. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the £300 security deposit.
