Allowing access to anybody other than those listed as guests Make excessive noise that can be witnessed outside the property at anytime Conduct any form of business on the premises Excessive rubbish or waste being left behind or left in corridors posing a fire risk, where communal waste areas are available Ensure any keys or fobs are returned or left in the property as instructed.
