The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: ➞Dish soap ➞Dishwasher pods ➞One kitchen sponge ➞Two trash bags ➞Two full rolls of toilet paper ➞Travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and conditioner ➞One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen ➞Some tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, and salt ~ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST~ ➞ Strictly NO parties or social gatherings are allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ➞ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit.
