To the right, you’ll discover the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a sink, oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Just through the door on your left, you’ll find the bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, shower over the bath, mirror, and towel rail for your convenience. Opposite the bathroom is the first bedroom, which boasts a cosy double bed, bedside table, lamp, mirror, and wardrobe, providing a restful retreat. In the second bedroom, you'll find another double bed along with two bedside tables, two lamps, a mirror, a wardrobe, and a hairdryer, making it a comfortable space for guests or family. Next to the entrance door, a practical cupboard offers a neat solution for keeping essentials within easy reach. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention). Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
