Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, followed by the living area, which features a wall-mounted TV, three coffee tables, a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a floor lamp. As you head back into the hallway, the first door on your right opens to the first bedroom, which includes a double bed, a bedside table, a lamp, wall art, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a mirror. Next to this room is the second bedroom, also featuring a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a mirror. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the communal bathroom, equipped with a shower over the bath, sink, mirror, toilet, bin, toilet brush, and towel rail. Finally, in the cupboard by the entrance, you will find the washing machine, providing additional convenience. Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention). Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. No stag or hen parties allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
