Relax and unwind in this beautifully, newly renovated 3 bedroom house, nestled in Belmont, just a short drive from Durham City Centre. Thoughtful touches meet high end style with this traditionally decorated 3 bedroom home, complete with two bathrooms and off road parking for two vehicles. Guests have full access to the property which features amenities such as 50 inch smart tv, wifi, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and coffee machine (pods). There is a shower room with w/c off the utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with super king bed, double bedroom and single room with pull out bed. Please note that when pulled out, the pull out bed takes up the rest of the floor space, but is easy to slide in and out for use. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over bathtub. Externally, there is a driveway with space for 2 vehicles and a private back garden. Belmont is a small suburb just outside of Durham City Centre and benefits from great transport links via the A690 and the A1 M within minutes from the house. There are great transport links in the area for guests wishing to get around the local areas and cities.
