Please note that whilst the property does have Wi-fi, due to the location of the cottage the signal can be intermittent. The Space You’ll feel at home as soon as you step foot in Daisy Cottage. You’re welcomed into the living and dining area. Traditional in style, this light and cosy space is the perfect place to relax. On cold nights, turn on the fire and cosy up on the sofa. Lose track of time reading a good book or switch on the flat screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The kitchen is a bright and modern space. Featuring a fridge, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster – the cottage has everything you’ll need to cook up a storm. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher so you can make full use of the self-catering facilities. Next up is the bedroom. In here, you’ll find a relaxing and comforting space. The neutral colour scheme features pops of turquoise to create a tranquil atmosphere. The room is complete with a dressing table, TV and comfy chair. The bedroom is modern and features a large walk in shower. Guest Access Guests have access to the full cottage. The keys to the property can be accessed via a secure key safe. There is free parking located on site. Please note the washing machine is located in a shared laundry unit on the site. The Neighborhood Daisy Cottage is located in between historic Bamburgh and the rural farming life in Belford. Ideally situated between the Northumberland coast and wilderness of the Northumberland National Park, you really do have lots to discover. Surrounded by fields, trees and nature, Poppy Cottage has a lush, green backdrop. You can enjoy long, quiet walks and energetic hikes through the countryside. The area is packed with wildlife and even features a nature reserve, so birds like wildfowl and waders can be seen passing through in droves during the winter. Belford has a thriving and friendly market square at its centre brimming with restaurants and inns. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne can be seen from various points around the village and is within easy reach. It’s an ideal base for those wanting to partake in a spot of fishing and golfing. Daisy Cottage is just a short 10-minute drive from the gorgeous coastal town of Bamburgh. Here you’ll find miles of stunning sandy shores and Bamburgh Castle, which is one of the finest castles in the country.
