Loki’s Retreat is a cozy and inviting lodge with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The bright open-plan living space includes a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows fill the lodge with natural light and offer peaceful countryside views. Perfect for short getaways or longer stays, with easy access to local shops, scenic walks, and transport links to York and the Yorkshire Wolds. The lodge offers two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with plush beds, soft pillows, and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Ample storage in wardrobes and bedside tables keeps your belongings neatly organized, making it ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. There are two modern bathrooms, each with sleek, contemporary fixtures and a minimalist design. One bathroom features a roomy shower, while the other offers a relaxing bath, providing flexibility and convenience for families or small groups. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are supplied for a hassle-free stay. The open-plan living area is bright, airy, and welcoming. The lounge features comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for reading, watching a film, or simply relaxing together. Adjacent is a dining area with a large table, ideal for shared meals and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals or quick snacks, including a modern oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Generous windows throughout the lodge fill the space with natural light and provide tranquil views of the surrounding countryside. Whether sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding in the evening amid peaceful scenery, the lodge creates a serene, home-away-from-home atmosphere. Guest Access Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date. Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay. There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times. Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us. Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site. All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park Interaction with Guests We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
