The Space Welcome to our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The Allendale is equipped with 3 Bedrooms and sleeps a total of 5 guests! The home is fully equipped with a wide range of amenities and offers plenty of inviting spaces to unwind, whether you're gathering in the cozy living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or simply relaxing after a long day. Whether you're staying for a weekend or an extended period, this space offers the comfort and flexibility to feel right at home. Guest Access Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi - Starlink ✔ Washer ✔ Iron/Board ✔ Free Parking Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm. Interaction with Guests Guest will have access to the host via the booking platform and in emergencies the host will call. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or an outdoor adventure, Allendale offers a truly unique and authentic Northumberland experience. Additional Information - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
