The Space The heart of this home is the cosy living area that features comfortable seating and is ideal for guests looking to relax and create memories together. The television and fireplace in the room create a warm and inviting space for guests to unwind with ease. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything guests need for quick snacks or home cooked meals during their stay. This creates convenience for guests, whether they're enjoying a short break or a longer getaway. There is a dining area alongside the kitchen that allows guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals together. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds and are thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming space for guests to relax during their stay. The two spacious and sleek bathrooms offer convenience for guests as they look to refresh themselves during their stay. The garden is ideal for guests to soak up the sun and enjoy fresh air in the privacy of this home away from home. The outside seating area means that guests can enjoy meals together outside on warmer days or sit and relax during chilled days or evenings. Guests are also welcome to use the top paddock as extra garden space. To get to the paddock, turn right as you go out of the cottage, go past the stables and keep going until you see the field gate. There is a little hill where you can see and enjoy the sun rise or sun set and plenty of space to let your dog run around. Please just keep your dog on leads until you get to the field. Guest Access Keys to the property will be accessed via key safe. There is parking available for Guests at the property. Guests have access to a field of approximately one acre and a viewing platform to enjoy sunsets. Interaction with Guests We are always available to help so please do not hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood The neighbourhood offers a truly peaceful and rural neighbourhood setting, ideal for those looking to escape busy town life. The area is characterised by wide open landscapes, big skies, and far-reaching countryside views that create a sense of space and tranquillity. The neighbourhood is known for its close-knit and friendly atmosphere, with a very small population that adds to its charm. While Bonnington itself has limited amenities, nearby villages such as Aldington provide essential services including shops, schools, and local pubs, all within a short drive. Additional Information This property allows for up to two well behaved dogs. Please note that portable EV chargers are not to be used at the property.
